Your Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit commercial legal agreements (including charter and flight service contracts, loyalty and referral programs, marketing and publicity agreements, website and app T&Cs, licenses, leases, vendor contracts, SLAs, MSAs, NDAs, etc.)
Negotiate agreements directly with third parties, including clients and their counsel
Develop a solid understanding of the company’s product and business goals
Provide pragmatic, deal-minded support and advice to a global business team
Lead cross-departmental projects from scoping to implementation
Assist with the global litigation portfolio (investigations, letters before action, cease & desists, e-discovery, mediations, settlement and releases, etc.)

Your Responsibilities
Overseeing the spending associated with VistaJet SG&A expenditure.
Providing the SG&A Flash numbers with commentary in a timely manner.
Supporting functional leaders in understanding their cost base and variances to budget through creation of value-added results analysis and action focused outputs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and finding solutions to mitigate risks.
In conjunction with the Finance Leadership and FP&A teams, developing and producing budget monitoring reports for cost center owners, including monthly and quarterly information packages for consolidated group functional spend, forecasts and analysis of metrics.
Facilitating the monthly budget monitoring meetings between cost center owners and their teams to develop a thorough understanding on their cost base.
Reviewing processes underpinning key cost categories to identify potential areas of weaknesses that could be the basis for cost inefficiencies.
Providing financial information, preparing and presenting analytics, analysis and insight to executives, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions, challenge current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible.
Senior Java Software Engineer, Flight Ops
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and develop systems and processes to help the team deploy, monitor, test and continuously deliver new features and improvements to our technology.
Work closely with the whole development team to constantly review platform architecture and infrastructure with internal stakeholders, driving innovation and best practice across the entire tech team.
Ensure the software delivered has a high-quality standard.
Proactively seek opportunities to adopt continuous improvement initiatives. Champion efficiency, automation, and software development best practice in general.
Provide technical consultation as well as expertise to Project Managers and technical stakeholders (solution architects, security architects, infrastructure etc.) to shape maintainable, high-performing, reliable, secure and cost-effective solutions.
