Director - Strategy
What You'll Deliver
You’ll be responsible for shaping, communicating and driving the long-term strategic direction of the organisation. Leading the overall corporate strategy development, execution and performance monitoring whilst supporting development and execution of the airport masterplans
You’ll provide insights through market analysis, benchmarking, and analysing performance metrics to inform executive decision-making

Senior Manager - Aviation Business Analysis
What You Bring
You’ll be educated to Degree level in a relevant business discipline such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Operational research or related.
You’ll have comprehensive experience within the Aviation industry
You’ll have knowledge and hands on experience in traffic and tactical forecasting as well as data analysis and modelling skills.
You’ll have thorough knowledge and experience in machine learning, statistics and tools including SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and Python.

What You'll Deliver
You’ll be responsible to develop and implement the customer insights strategy delivering a world-class guest experience by collaborating with senior leadership to integrate customer insights into the overall business strategy, masterplans and decision-making processes
You’ll design and oversee comprehensive customer research programs, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and observational studies
You’ll monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats - conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate the airport’s performance relative to other leading airports
You’ll develop and maintain a comprehensive set of customer experience KPIs and metrics and report regularly to senior management team
You’ll engage with internal and external stakeholders, sector partners and community groups, to gather diverse perspectives and feedback. Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the current and future guest experience
Manager - Information & Wayfinding
What You’ll Deliver
You’ll lead the development of wayfinding concepts and visuals aligned with strategic design committee principles – by creating simple, intuitive designs to support clear communication of directions, processes, and key information.
You’ll develop and present creative briefs and proposals for short and long-term wayfinding initiatives and design user-centric orientation, circulation, and signage strategies across airport public spaces.
You’ll monitor project timelines, deliverables, and costs to stay aligned with strategic goals and conduct site visits to oversee implementation ensuring quality and consistency.
You’ll collaborate with technical teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats and support operational needs by creating on-demand signage that meets design guidelines. You’ll be responsible to champion inclusivity and accessible design practices throughout all touchpoints and work closely with other design principles to ensure cohesive delivery across all material.
