2. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
  Managing, monitoring, and ensuring the implementation of section projects and initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes in all key performance areas, supporting effective performance, implementing relevant strategies, and submitting periodic reports to stakeholders on all project management dimensions, including risks, challenges, quality, and adherence to plans, to ensure compliance with planned timeframe, quality, and cost 
Contributing to ensuring the implementation and support of matters related to partners, media plans, contracts, and financial budgets at the section level, including contracting according to the approved policies and submitting related periodic reports to the section manager 
 Providing administrative and strategic support for managing all transactions and requirements related to human resources in coordination with business partners, sectors, and institutions
 Managing and ensuring the effectiveness of the section through planning, supervising the execution, monitoring performance, and continuous improvement of the data management and governance system according to the data management policy in the authority 
 Ensuring the achievement of targeted outcomes in all key performance areas related to the performance of the Human Resources Section according to the applicable policies. Submitting performance reports to the senior management 

Specialist - Data Analyst

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including data engineers and analysts to classify and analyze data received from the different sources to the Enterprise Command & Control Department and perform data integration and fusion using data extracted from the sources to create comprehensive transportation datasets to enhance the accuracy and richness of transportation analyses 
Incorporate the different modes of transportation into real time transportation model to analyze intermodal connectivity and develop integrated transportation solutions 
Undertake transportation modelling / traffic engineering tasks including but not limited to model development, calibration, validation, forecasting and development and testing of scenarios and responses 
Conduct sensitivity and uncertainty analysis to assess the robustness and reliability of the real time transportation model outputs identifying the key factors that influence the model's performance and measure their impact on results 
Calibrate, adjust, and validate the real time transportation model by comparing its outputs to real-world data and observations to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the model and its predictive capabilities 
Use the KPIs (such as the travel times, delays, average speeds, etc.) and forecast information extracted from the transportation model to generate reports that support decision making and enhance journey planning
