Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Source CVs and schedule interviews for UAE and other countries
Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
Conduct background checks
Assist in onboarding and training management
Manage employee KPI
Sharing targets and manage records
Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters)

Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and maintain Zoomlion mining machinery, especially dump trucks.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults.
Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and prepare technical reports.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance, ensuring safety compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years with heavy machinery, ideally in mining or similar industry.
Location: UAE experience preferred; international experience accepted.
Foundation Service Engineer
Job responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of basic construction machinery (rotary drilling rigs, products for diaphragm walls, Hydraulic Pile Driving Rigs, etc.), new machine delivery, after-sales inspection and repair.
Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot.
Regular customer visits, equipment inspections, and acceptance and maintenance of new equipment vehicles.
Ensure parts supply in time, execute parts sales plans, and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze and diagnose technical problems, complete mechanical repairs, and replace parts.
Cooperate with the implementation of product upgrades and technical modifications.
Submit service reports on time and cooperate with engineers/sales teams in China
