How Will You Make an Impact?
Oversee and coordinate daily costing activities within the business unit, ensuring adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) in both SAP and Excel to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Regularly update standard costs for inventory items and related direct cost components within SAP.
Support the Plant Controller in conducting variance analysis and reconciliations during month-end close, budgeting cycles, and management reviews.
Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to Head Office Finance, Reporting, and Commercial Finance teams.
Perform month-end closure of financial records in compliance with group accounting policies and deadlines, ensuring timely closure of the SAP Controlling (CO) Module.
Review and verify inventory-related invoices for accuracy and ensure timely processing.
Provide SKU-level profitability analysis and cost assessments to inform operational decision-making.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
Analyze and report on obsolete, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory, highlighting risks and recommending actions.
Monitor and coordinate physical inventory counts across all operational sites within the business unit.
Sales Supervisor
How Will You Make an Impact?
Supervise, coach, and support Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to consistently achieve daily sales and execution targets.
Review and optimize journey plans to maximize market coverage and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company standards on merchandising, pricing, promotions, and trade agreements.
Coordinate trade marketing activities and in-store activation initiatives to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Monitor product stock levels, oversee route vehicle readiness, and ensure operational compliance.
Address customer concerns promptly to maintain high service levels and strengthen client relationships.
Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, collections, and route efficiency.
Assist with sales forecasting, order planning, and inventory management to meet market demand.
