Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 Make predictable, repeatable and scalable EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 
 Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships. 
 Identify go to market strategies and opportunities, building business cases, prioritizing and presenting findings to leadership, and executing strategic projects to enable growth. 
 Align the sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis and resource planning. 
 Responsible for effective EMEA sales structure design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, sales resource deployment. 

Technical Account Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned customer accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and service-related inquiries. 
 Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams as needed. Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges. 
 Onboarding & Training: Assist with customer onboarding, including training users on the proper use of our [product/service] and ensuring a smooth transition. 
 Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth within existing customer base, working closely with sales and other relevant teams to expand product adoption and upselling.

Qualifications

Position Supermicro’s datacenter and edge technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide expertise in server hardware selection, configuration, and deployment for optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Support edge computing consultation, particularly in telecommunications, to enhance application responsiveness and efficiency.
Conduct technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate Supermicro’s infrastructure capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve solution offerings.
