What we are looking for -
Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and event management, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
Strategic thinking, initiative-taking, and the ability to identify gaps and advise senior management.
High energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, and a desire to make a significant impact.
Proficient in conveying complex content through PowerPoint, with advanced analytics, MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS services and Cloud offerings.
Experience designing and delivering enablement programs and training materials.
Stakeholder management skills to build credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics for continuous improvement.
