Finance Manager (Real Estate Experience ONLY)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes specific to real estate investments and projects.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to support real estate business decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost management related to property acquisitions, developments, and leasing.
Ensure compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific policies.

Responsibilities:

Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
