Responsibilities:
Generating and managing Incoming sales inquiries from different sources like Phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients and referrals.
Follow – up with new and existing clients and updating status on the CRM.
Educating clients with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones rules, terms and conditions.
Attending events and business networks to maximize sales from other channels aside from the marketing leads.
Training and developing business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market.
Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.
Achieving monthly sales targets.
CRM management for sales.
In-dept product knowledge and competition packages.
Providing monthly report on the number of sales vs number of leads received.
Coordinating between Compliance team and Operations Team to facilitate clients’ requirements.
Analysing market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/competitors.
Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of company formation, licensing, visa processing, and renewals.
Liaise with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, and other related entities.
Translate and interpret documents between Arabic and English when required.
Maintain and track internal databases of client applications and document submissions.
Ensure timely completion of legal documentation and compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Provide operational support to consultants and client relations teams.
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and suggest process improvements.
Handle typing, submissions, and follow-ups for visas, labor cards, and Emirates ID applications.
Quality Check Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on sales documentation, CRM entries, and client communication.
Monitor sales calls, emails, and meetings to ensure quality and compliance with company policies.
Conduct cold calls to clients for verification, quality feedback, and service checks.
Provide detailed feedback to sales executives to help improve communication and accuracy.
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to address recurring quality issues.
Maintain thorough records of audit findings and improvement actions.
Create and update quality control guidelines and checklists.
Assist in onboarding and training sessions with a focus on communication quality and accuracy.
Ensure all client interactions follow brand guidelines and service standards.
Track and report quality trends and performance metrics to management.
