Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain websites and web applications
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement new features

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise geotechnical site investigations including drilling, sampling, and in-situ testing.

Plate Load Test
Permeability Test
Analyze soil and rock mechanics data, bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, and foundation recommendations.
Prepare high-quality geotechnical factual and interpretative reports.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams regarding geotechnical aspects of projects.

TELE CALLING -DEBT COLLECTION

Key Responsibilities:

Contact clients via telephone to follow up on outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely debt recovery.
Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment commitments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations and ledger confirmations.
Send payment reminders, statements of accounts, and escalation notices when required.
Identify and escalate accounts requiring legal or management intervention.
Maintain professionalism and compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
Provide feedback on recurring payment issues to improve internal credit controls.
