Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Forest Hills Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service within the real estate industry.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy

Sales abilities and a customer-centric approach

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field

Experienced Sales/Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity.

Oversee daily operational activities, including property listings, client management, and transaction processes.

Collaborate with marketing to promote property listings and brand awareness.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational metrics.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate sales and operations management.
