Human Resources Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
Oversee the recruitment process to ensure white collar staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct job analyses to determine appropriate compensation and staffing levels.
Coordinate with Production and Projects teams to determine blue collar workers requirement forecasts
Coordinate with manpower agencies to fulfil blue collar workers fulfilment in a timely and efficient manner.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, including 360-degree feedback mechanisms, to evaluate employee performance effectively.
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess employee contributions and organizational effectiveness.

Business Development Manager - Fuel Transfer Systems

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Fuel Transfer Systems to target customers in the relevant industries.

· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

· Create marketing collateral including product brochures, datasheets, presentations, and website content. Ensure that messaging effectively communicates the features and benefits of our fuel tank systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and product management to develop and launch new products and features.

· Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with customer inquiries.

· Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive awareness and adoption of our fuel tank systems.

· Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and drive business growth.

· Stay up-to-date on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to Fuel Transfer Systems.

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements

B Tech, BE /M tech (Mechanical/Production)
12-15 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Must possess at least ten years of construction experience in site construction for the O&G sector.
Must be willing for site deputation in the GCC.
GCC driving license preferable though not necessary.
