Associate Consultant – Sustainability Opportunity in the UAE – Lead Innovation at AESG!

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the strategic direction and long-term success of AESG as part of the leadership team
• Independently manage and deliver complex sustainability projects to the highest standards
• Supervise, guide, and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants
• Take responsibility for line management and team development
• Drive commercial growth and ensure financial stability within the division
• Deliver projects with exemplary quality, efficiency, and innovation
• Lead business development initiatives and grow the division's client base
• Represent AESG as a thought leader within the sustainability sector
• Develop and refine internal processes to enhance operational performance

• Proven expertise in sustainability consulting and project leadership
