Now Hiring: HR & Admin Coordinator (Husband Visa) – Strategic People Role in the UAE
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance appraisal systems
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals
Handle visa processing, payroll, employee documentation, and HRMS
Balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations
Work cross-functionally with various departments and senior leadership to meet organizational goals
Requirements
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and admin operations
Proficient in HR software and documentation systems
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Currently on husband visa and available to join immediately (preferred)
