Project Director – Façade High-Rise

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end facade scope including unitized curtain wall, cladding, skylights, canopies, and specialized facade elements.Act as the primary liaison between client, consultants (architectural, fire), facade contractors, and suppliers.Manage and review facade design development, ensuring compliance with performance requirements (thermal, structural, acoustic, fire).Oversee testing protocols (air, water, wind, seismic, fire), including full-scale and lab mock-ups.Direct facade procurement strategy including vendor selection, pricing, value engineering, and cost control.Monitor manufacturing and site logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation aligned with project milestones.Ensure compliance with local and international building codes including sustainability and fire safety.Coordinate with construction, MEP, and structural teams for interface management.Supervise installation teams and resolve on-site technical issues, reporting to senior management.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15–20 years of experience in facade works, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on mega high-rise or complex buildings.Proven knowledge of super-tall or landmark projects (500m+ preferred).Strong knowledge of facade systems, performance testing, materials, and international codes.Exceptional leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Experience with BIM, parametric design tools, and facade management platforms is a plus.
