Role Overview As a Digital Payment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how clients engage with digital payment solutions. You will design and implement modern payment experiences, drive adoption, and ensure secure and compliant payment processes across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Digital Payment Adoption Drive digital payment adoption by implementing modern payment solutions such as contactless payments, QR codes, tokenization, and embedded payment systems. Strategy Development Develop and execute digital payment transformation strategies that align with client objectives and business goals. Payment Infrastructure Analysis Analyze existing payment infrastructures to identify gaps and recommend frictionless digital payment experiences for customers. Technology Implementation Lead cross-functional teams to implement new payment technologies including real-time payments, open banking, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions. Partnerships & Collaboration Collaborate with banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and fintech companies to enhance digital payment acceptance and security. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all digital payment processes comply with industry regulations and maintain the highest security standards.
