Role Overview We are seeking a Processing Specialist – Card Operations to manage acquiring chargeback processes, ensure compliance with payment network regulations, and provide operational support in resolving disputes between merchants and cardholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle acquiring chargeback processes and related investigations. Ensure compliance with payment network rules, regulations, and procedures. Analyze disputes between merchants and cardholders and facilitate resolution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Risk, and Finance teams. Maintain accurate records and reports of disputes, chargebacks, and resolutions. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support audit and compliance requirements as needed. Provide timely responses to escalations and ensure SLA adherence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Experience in card operations, dispute management, or payments processing is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
