Position Summary:
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage MEP projects according to client specifications and company standards.
Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
Prepare project reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

يتولى مدير مشروع MEP مسؤولية الإشراف على مشاريع الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة من البداية حتى الانتهاء، مع ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانية والمعايير الجودة. يشمل الدور تنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات، إدارة المقاولين، والتواصل مع العملاء لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة مشاريع MEP وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل ومعايير الشركة.
تنسيق والإشراف على فرق المشروع والمقاولين والموردين.
متابعة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية ومراقبة الجودة.
إعداد تقارير المشروع وتقييم المخاطر والوثائق الفنية.

المتطلبات الوظيفية:

معرفة قوية بأنظمة MEP ومبادئ إدارة المشاريع والمعايير الصناعية.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات.
