Public Relations Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 5,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in dealing with government authorities in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle all government-related documentation, including visa applications, labor permits, and trade licenses.
Coordinate with ministries, municipalities, and other public offices for approvals and renewals.
Ensure compliance with UAE legal regulations regarding employee and company documentation.
Maintain up-to-date records of all government interactions.
Represent the company in official meetings and inspections when required.
Provide support in PRO-related tasks for employees and management.
Mechanical Engineer with Estimation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical estimation within the construction or MEP sector.
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and BOQs.
Strong skills in cost estimation, pricing, and quantity take-off.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents for mechanical systems.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and price comparisons.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
Support project team during the bidding and post-tender stages.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure estimation accuracy aligns with execution.
