Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Ensure proper filing and archiving of records

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents

• Distribute documents to relevant teams and ensure version control

• Prepare reports and maintain document registers

• Assist in audits and compliance reviews

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field

• 3+ years of experience as PRO in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor, visa, and immigration laws

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Valid UAE driving license

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations

• Liaise with government authorities and ministries

• Manage company licenses, labor cards, and immigration documents

• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of legal documents

• Maintain records and track document expiry dates

• Support HR in legal compliance processes

Traffic Safety Chargehand

Location: Dubai

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic safety or road construction projects

• Knowledge of traffic control plans and signage standards

• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead traffic safety crews on site

• Implement and monitor temporary traffic management systems
