Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate tasks and resources, providing project management on specific projects as well as guidance and support to Design Management Teams for effective project delivery on time and to required quality standards.
- Provide project management support and guidance on multiple projects with efficiency, effectiveness, and good time management.
- Assist Design Management Teams with project management tasks, procedures, and associated documentation including progress reports and schedules for resourcing, RFIs, change requests, and risk registers.
- Assist Design Management Teams with project programming and maintain a high-level studio workload master program.
- Establish and define project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them in coordination with Design Management Teams.
- Monitor and assist Design Management Teams’ compliance with QAQC and documentation procedures in accordance with studio manuals.
- Maintain change registers and coordinate between Design Management Teams and external consultants to facilitate and manage change requests.
- Monitor and report to Studio Leadership and relevant Heads of Departments on projects at risk in relation to time and quality management.
- Support the team with effective risk management practices, coordinating between Design Management Teams for risk reporting, mitigation, and recovery planning, and assist with maintaining risk registers and timely risk reporting to Studio Leadership.
- Facilitate project-specific procurement of external consultants and coordinate and manage their performance and deliverables for selected projects.
- Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with external consultants for reporting and resolving project management and contractual matters.
- Lead a team of Planning Engineers and provide necessary training and guidance. Additionally, manage other planning and project management duties as assigned by Studio Leadership.
- Assist the Project Manager in performing his/her duties.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Studio Leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of similar experience.
- PMP certification is required.
- Must have experience working with a design consultant.
