Role Description

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for coordinating civil works related to installation, maintenance, and repair activities in buildings or large complexes. The role includes supervising a team of workers, conducting site inspections, ensuring quality execution, maintaining equipment, and assigning tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil workers performing painting, plastering, tiling, and other related works.
• Conduct inspections, prepare estimates, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Organize work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor daily activities.
• Provide on-the-job training to enhance skills and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures while maintaining relevant records.
• Evaluate worker performance to ensure quality and efficiency of operations.
• Prepare and submit progress and performance reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.ر
