Delivery & Installation Coordinator

Job Summary & Purpose:

The Coordinator – Delivery & Installation is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of delivery and installation activities. The role focuses on achieving operational efficiency, managing stock, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting the field teams.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:

  • Plan and allocate daily delivery & installation routes across UAE, assign jobs to field teams, and ensure timely updates and tracking in the Delivery Management System (DMS).
  • Operational Efficiency – Ensure smooth daily delivery & installation operations with 100% on-time dispatch before 10 AM and complete.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within the customer’s preferred delivery time (TAT – 24 hours), maintain & improve Customer Satisfaction, and promptly handle escalations in coordination with field and support teams.
  • Daily Operations Monitoring – Track team attendance, grooming, and readiness. Ensure vehicle preparation and operational compliance. Escalate deviations promptly for corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in delivery and installation coordination or last-mile delivery operations.
  • Educational Qualification: Degree, Diploma Holder/Equivalent.
  • Professional Certifications: Any certifications related to Excel/ERP is an added advantage.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
    • Strong data reporting and coordination skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or DMS (Fareye or similar) systems.
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate field teams effectively.
