F&B Field Operations Manager

Role Purpose

The F&B Field Operations Manager is responsible for executing the strategic direction given by the F&B Brand Manager to achieve sustainable value creation for the brand in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive the daily performance of stores in the assigned area in terms of financial KPIs (sales, store-related expenses, profitability) and other F&B KPIs (customer service, food quality management) to achieve set targets and maintain brand continuity.
  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and launching new menus, including costing, price analysis, recipe validation, and product availability per market, and execute menu launching activities in coordination with relevant departments (procurement, marketing, training, etc.).
  • Build a strong personal network of external contacts and perform market and competition analysis to provide the brand a competitive advantage.
  • Actively manage the growth of various sales channels (e.g., catering, delivery) in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate and monitor execution of brand-related events, promotions, and special marketing activities.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with brand and corporate policies, procedures, standards, and operational initiatives.
  • Assist Procurement in sourcing and negotiating with food and non-food suppliers, approve periodic orders for disposables, petty cash expenses, and equipment replacements, in alignment with Brand and overall Procurement strategy.
  • Draft and submit financial and non-financial brand performance reports related to assigned markets to the Brand Manager.
  • Follow up on Maintenance and Loss Prevention matters as required.
  • Coordinate with HR Generalists to recruit, train, and motivate new Restaurant and Assistant Restaurant Managers, and maintain optimal manpower planning in stores.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent; HACCP certification is a plus.
  • 7–9 years of experience in F&B Operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English.
