Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance, workforce planning, and productivity.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development programs.
  • Partner with line managers on manpower planning, recruitment, and selection.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning & development interventions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent handling of issues.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement programs and regular feedback mechanisms.
  • Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
  • Guide managers in setting clear performance objectives and conducting appraisals.
  • Support employees in creating development plans aligned with business needs and career growth.
  • Monitor and track performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services for employee documentation, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates.
  • Maintain data integrity and provide HR analytics reports to management.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, headcount trends, etc.) to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Contribute to business reviews with data-driven HR insights and action plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems – SAP is a must.
