Lead Concept Architect (Residential)

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the conceptual design phase, developing visionary ideas and strategies.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling architectural concepts.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure cohesive project development.
Oversee the creation of detailed architectural drawings and models.
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies and environmental practices into designs.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience, including UAE experience.
Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
