Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan covering all ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.Coordinate with project managers and department heads to identify manpower requirements (engineers, supervisors, technicians, etc.).Allocate resources based on project priorities, skill sets, and timelines.Monitor manpower productivity, utilization rates, and forecast future requirements.Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization of new staff.Ensure smooth deployment, transfer, and demobilization of manpower between sites.Maintain and update the resource database (skills matrix, certifications, visa status, project allocation).Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in resource / manpower planning within MEP / construction industry (UAE/GCC preferred).Strong understanding of MEP project operations and manpower structures.Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleStrong).
