Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan covering all ongoing and upcoming MEP projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to identify manpower requirements (engineers, supervisors, technicians, etc.).
  • Allocate resources based on project priorities, skill sets, and timelines.
  • Monitor manpower productivity, utilization rates, and forecast future requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization of new staff.
  • Ensure smooth deployment, transfer, and demobilization of manpower between sites.
  • Maintain and update the resource database (skills matrix, certifications, visa status, project allocation).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in resource / manpower planning within MEP / construction industry (UAE/GCC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of MEP project operations and manpower structures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleStrong).
