Sales Executive

About the Job:

  • Achieve individual sales targets.
  • Provide solutions to customers’ queries and requirements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products in the assigned department.
  • Promote telecom products, including SIM cards and data packs.
  • Maintain display logic, planograms, and placards.
  • Conduct indoor sales in retail outlets, malls, and government entities.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements.

Requirements:

Basic Qualification:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Graduation or Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Resilience and perseverance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Commercial awareness.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
  • Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proven track record in outdoor sales, B2B experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
