Summary
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies for ultraluxury properties.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations, property viewings, and negotiations with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Coordinate the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and implement customized sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand BEYOND’s luxury market footprint.
- Evaluate client needs and provide tailored recommendations aligning with BEYOND’s property offerings.
- Recommend financing options, property configurations, and investment strategies to clients.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment potential.
- Facilitate smooth execution of sales transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial standards.
- Optimize sales processes using client feedback and market analysis to enhance conversion rates.
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Development) to ensure brand consistency.
- Network with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and industry professionals to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, sharing insights and driving sales.
- Coordinate with brokers to provide up-to-date project information, pricing, and availability.
- Evaluate broker performance and provide feedback to maximize property sales.
- Facilitate organization of events, private viewings, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Brief clients on available payment plans, down payments, installment schedules, and financing options.
- Collect necessary documents for property bookings and coordinate with Sales Operations and Admin teams.
- Update the CRM system with client details, payment information, and booking status for reporting and follow-up.
Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Experience: 5-8 years in Real Estate Sales in UAE.
- Technical Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, target and result oriented, experience with high-end clients.
- Physical Requirements: Outdoor meetings, long standing hours, and possible travel.
