Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing small-to-medium business (SMB) clients through direct, door-to-door sales efforts. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and target SMB customers for telecom services through door-to-door sales.
    • Present and promote telecom products and services, selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
    • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
    • Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
    • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct face-to-face meetings.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and update customer information.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
    • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 3+ years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in telecom or related industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
