About the Role AtkinsRéalis is hiring an experienced Junior Information Manager for the Middle East Site Operations delivery team. This role spans internal process improvements and supporting construction project delivery supervision. The candidate will ensure project delivery teams adhere to agreed standards and best industry practices and actively support project teams on proposal, bid, and delivery tasks. Key Responsibilities Ensure digital content is created, stored, and published using the latest technologies and best practices in line with project contracts. Implement and monitor internal and external capability and capacity processes. Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) and support project team utilization. Support Information Management in accordance with ISO 19650 and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Assist audit teams with Task Information Delivery Plans to meet client requirements. Oversee QA/QC of LOD 400-500 construction models. Support development of information management uses such as construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D), and extended reality (VR/AR). Assist with COBie, Uniclass, and Masterclass implementation. Support strategic planning to produce asset information models (AIM) with O&M data. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in transportation projects, with at least 2 years in the Middle East. Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects (Information Management/BIM). Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor, or similar software. Knowledge of LOD 300–500 industry standards. Contractor experience and understanding of driving project digital delivery from design to handover. Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, engineering design, model federation, and design coordination platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
