Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead structural design projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Structural Design & Technical Leadership Demonstrate professional expertise in the design of construction and infrastructure projects. Generate concepts and develop designs based on client requirements, while enhancing existing data. Provide value engineering solutions to improve design quality and reduce costs. Team Supervision & Task Management Lead and supervise the design team by distributing tasks effectively and ensuring all project components meet the required standards. Provide team members with clear deliverables and guidance, and contribute to the department's continuous development. Coordination & Collaboration Participate in coordination meetings with clients and other disciplines, sharing updates with the line manager and project manager. Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and the validity of design work. Documentation & Reporting Gather essential information for preparing presentations, drawings, and documents. Review tender documents before initiating design activities. Prepare progress reports, work schedule updates, meeting minutes, and departmental activity reports. Handle correspondence, file documents, and prepare client-facing reports. Project & Financial Follow-Up Support project management in preparing responses to project-related correspondence. Follow up on financial issues with project managers and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution, escalating concerns when necessary. Design Standards & Compliance Understand and execute tasks in line with departmental design standards. Ensure all work aligns with engineering best practices, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred 8–12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure design, with proven leadership in major projects Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers Strong and demonstrated building design experience (mandatory) النص العربي وصف الوظيفة نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي أول متمرس للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المسؤول عن قيادة مشاريع التصميم الإنشائي، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية، وتقديم حلول مبتكرة تدعم كفاءة وجودة المشاريع. يتطلب هذا الدور خلفية تقنية قوية، مهارات قيادية مثبتة، والقدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع كبيرة في الوقت نفسه. المسؤوليات الرئيسية التصميم الإنشائي والقيادة الفنية إظهار احترافية عالية في تصميم مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية. إعداد المفاهيم الإنشائية وتطوير التصاميم وفق متطلبات العملاء، وتحسين البيانات المتوفرة. تقديم حلول الهندسة القيمية لتطوير الرسومات وتقليل التكاليف وتحسين جودة التصميم. الإشراف على الفريق وإدارة المهام قيادة فريق التصميم وتوزيع المهام بما يضمن تنفيذ مكوّنات المشروع بالشكل المطلوب. تقديم توجيهات واضحة لأعضاء الفريق والمساهمة في التطوير المستمر للقسم. التنسيق والتعاون المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق مع العملاء والتخصصات الأخرى، ومشاركة المستجدات مع مدير الخط ومدير المشروع. التنسيق مع الأقسام والجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان دقة وموثوقية العمل التصميمي. التوثيق وإعداد التقارير جمع المعلومات الأساسية اللازمة لإعداد العروض والرسومات والمستندات. مراجعة مستندات المناقصات قبل بدء مرحلة التصميم. إعداد تقارير التقدم وجدول الأعمال ومحاضر الاجتماعات وتقارير القسم. إدارة حفظ المراسلات وإعداد التقارير الخاصة بالعملاء. متابعة المشاريع والمسائل المالية متابعة الردود على المراسلات المتعلقة بالمشاريع بالتنسيق مع إدارة المشروع. متابعة الأمور المالية مع مديري المشاريع وقسم المالية لضمان سير العمل، واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند وجود أي مشكلات. معايير التصميم والامتثال فهم متطلبات كل مهمة وتنفيذها وفق معايير التصميم المعتمدة في القسم. ضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع أفضل الممارسات الهندسية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومواصفات المشاريع. المؤهلات درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية؛ يفضل الماجستير خبرة 8–12 سنة في تصميم مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية مع سجل متميز في إدارة المشاريع الكبرى معتمد لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين خبرة قوية في تصميم المباني (شرط أساسي)
