Job Responsibilities Project Supervision & Compliance Supervise all project activities to ensure full compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. Identify errors or inconsistencies in drawings and ensure construction personnel perform their tasks efficiently and according to project requirements. Field Documentation & Technical Reporting Manage and maintain accurate field notes, ensuring a smooth flow of technical information. Prepare detailed assessment reports for turbines, generators, and associated equipment to support project progress and performance tracking. Maintenance & System Support Carry out routine maintenance on all systems, assist in organizing project tasks, and review job specifications to ensure proper execution. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across project activities. Engineering Oversight & Quality Control Supervise engineering personnel, inspect materials, and resolve issues related to the construction process. Recommend improvements, ensure alignment with project specifications and schedules, and prepare detailed progress reports. Project Documentation & Safety Compliance Prepare all project documentation, develop purchase orders, and maintain project schedules. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and participate in evaluating engineering team performance. Resource Planning & Outage Coordination Evaluate improvement operations, ensure resource availability, and coordinate with clients to prepare outage schedules. Provide recommendations for repairs and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes. Preventive Maintenance & Operations Support Monitor operational trends, implement preventive maintenance plans, and coordinate with clients and operations teams. Ensure equipment reliability through proactive actions and continuous monitoring. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Address customer inquiries within required timeframes, provide support during equipment installations, and oversee proactive service activities to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Master’s degree in a related field (preferred) Minimum 10 years of experience, including work on high-rise buildings and luxury villa projects, or similar high-quality construction PMP Certification Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera SOE certification Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience النص العربي المسؤوليات الوظيفية الإشراف على المشروع والامتثال الإشراف على جميع أنشطة المشروع لضمان الالتزام الكامل بالمخططات والمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة. تحديد أي أخطاء أو ملاحظات في الرسومات وضمان أداء فريق العمل الإنشائي بكفاءة ووفق متطلبات المشروع. توثيق الموقع والتقارير الفنية إدارة وتوثيق الملاحظات الميدانية بدقة، وضمان تدفق المعلومات الفنية بشكل منسّق. إعداد تقارير تقييم شاملة للتربينات والمولدات والمعدات المرتبطة لدعم تقدم المشروع وجودة الأداء. الصيانة والدعم الفني للأنظمة تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية للأنظمة، والمساهمة في تنظيم أنشطة المشروع، ومراجعة المواصفات الفنية لضمان التنفيذ السليم. دعم عمليات التحسين المستمر عبر مختلف مراحل المشروع. الإشراف الهندسي ومراقبة الجودة الإشراف على الفريق الهندسي، فحص المواد، وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بعمليات البناء. تقديم التوصيات اللازمة للتحسين وضمان الالتزام بالمخططات والجداول الزمنية، وإعداد تقارير التقدم الدورية. التوثيق والتقيد بمعايير السلامة إعداد وثائق المشروع، تصميم أوامر الشراء، ووضع جداول التنفيذ. ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والمشاركة في تقييم أداء الفريق الهندسي. تخطيط الموارد وتنسيق الإيقاف (Outage) تقييم عمليات التحسين وضمان توفر الموارد اللازمة، والتنسيق مع العملاء لإعداد جداول الإيقاف. تقديم التوصيات للإصلاحات والتأكد من إنجاز الأعمال ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد. الصيانة الوقائية ودعم العمليات مراقبة اتجاهات التشغيل، إعداد خطط الصيانة الوقائية، والتنسيق مع العملاء وفرق التشغيل. تعزيز موثوقية المعدات من خلال الإجراءات الاستباقية والمتابعة المستمرة. دعم العملاء وحل المشكلات حل استفسارات العملاء ضمن الإطار الزمني المطلوب، وتقديم الدعم أثناء تركيب المعدات، ومتابعة الأنشطة الاستباقية لضمان رضا العملاء. المؤهلات بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية يفضل درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات تشمل العمل على الأبراج العالية ومشاريع الفلل الفاخرة أو مشاريع مشابهة عالية الجودة شهادة PMP إتقان برنامج AutoCAD وبرنامج Primavera شهادة SOE خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قيادة الفرق
