Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations and finances of all units under the oilfield technical service company and achieve annual operating targets.

• Coordinate technical exchange and marketing activities for the company.

• Lead team building, talent pipeline development, recruitment, and allocation of key positions.

• Oversee key projects to ensure successful execution.

• Ensure effective operational and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) management across the company.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in petroleum engineering with managerial experience in an oilfield technical enterprise.

• Strong professional knowledge of industry technologies, with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strategic vision, organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to make correct decisions in complex and dynamic environments.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

• إدارة العمليات والمالية لجميع وحدات الشركة وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية السنوية.

• تنسيق الأنشطة الفنية والتسويقية للشركة.

• قيادة بناء الفريق، تطوير المسار الوظيفي للمواهب، وتوظيف وتوزيع المناصب الرئيسية.

• الإشراف على المشاريع الرئيسية لضمان تنفيذها بنجاح.

• ضمان إدارة فعّالة للعمليات والجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة (QHSE) في الشركة.

المتطلبات الوظيفية:

• درجة الماجستير أو أعلى في هندسة البترول مع خبرة إدارية في مؤسسة تقنية لحقول النفط.

• معرفة قوية بالتقنيات الصناعية، مع التفكير الابتكاري وقدرات حل المشكلات.

• رؤية استراتيجية، مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية، والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات صحيحة في بيئات معقدة ومتغيرة.
